Returns / Exchanges

· Refunds - We do not accept returns for refunds to the original form of payment. 

· Cancellations - In the event you need to cancel your order - you must do so within 12 hours. You will receive a refund to your original form of payment minus CC fees (subject to 10% of your order total). Anything after 12 hours will be returned as store credit.

· Store Credits – Items must be postmarked back to us within 10 days of being delivered. Store credit will be issued for qualifying items. Items purchased with store credit cannot be returned.

· Size Exchanges – Please specify on this form what size you would like exchanged. If the size is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.

· Final Sale – All SALE items are FINAL SALE. This includes items greater than 15% off. Earrings, Eyelashes, Seasonal Items, Bodysuits, Hair accessories, Bath Products and intimates are also considered final sale.

· All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still intact. Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, cigarette smoke, pet hair or any other stains/elements. Items will not be accepted if these requirements are not met. If your item is returned without tags, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

· RETURNS are limited to 3/Month. If exceeded, a 25% restocking fee with be charged.

· The customer is responsible for the return shipping & handling costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
